Key Responsibilities:

- Provide pastoral support and guidance to students as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.
- Implement and review SEN support arrangements where appropriate.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated commitment to child safeguarding and protection.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Ability to plan and deliver effective science lessons to students of varying abilities.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching science at secondary level.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for inspiring students and fostering a love of science.
