Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and challenging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England.
- Use assessment data and student feedback to personalise learning and support progress for all students.

- Create a classroom environment that encourages independence, celebrates diversity, and supports risk-taking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum alignment and progression across departments.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, BEd or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a relevant setting
- Evidence of strong teaching practice and student progress
- Alignment with the school’s ethos and commitment to professional reflection and growth
- Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular and whole-school initiatives
- Understanding of data-informed teaching and inclusive strategies
Preferred
- Experience in British or international curriculum schools
- Familiarity with KHDA or DSIB frameworks, particularly regarding chemical storage and science technician management
