Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and creative art lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and promote student achievement.
- Collaborate with other teachers to support cross-curricular projects and student development.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning and growth.
- Stay up to date with current trends and developments in art education.
- Participate in school events and contribute to the overall school community.
- Support extracurricular activities related to art and creativity.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Minimum qualification of Graduate Diploma in Fine Arts or a related field.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire creativity and passion for art in students.
Preferred
- Experience teaching in an international or multicultural setting.
- Familiarity with digital art tools and technologies.
- Experience with assessment and reporting systems used in international schools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
