Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and creative art lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and promote student achievement.
  • Collaborate with other teachers to support cross-curricular projects and student development.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning and growth.
  • Stay up to date with current trends and developments in art education.
  • Participate in school events and contribute to the overall school community.
  • Support extracurricular activities related to art and creativity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Minimum qualification of Graduate Diploma in Fine Arts or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of teaching experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire creativity and passion for art in students.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching in an international or multicultural setting.
  • Familiarity with digital art tools and technologies.
  • Experience with assessment and reporting systems used in international schools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
