Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Art at KS3 and KS4, preparing students for IGCSE exams
• Deliver engaging and innovative lessons that support academic and personal development
• Maintain high standards of student behavior and achievement
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities
• Support students in developing their artistic skills and confidence
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education or BA in Arts (or equivalent)
• Proven experience teaching Art at KS3 and KS4
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Preferred

• Experience teaching IGCSE Art at a British school
• Passion for teaching and inspiring students
• Familiarity with the National Curriculum for England and IGCSE standards
• Experience with extracurricular activities and student engagement
