Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective biology lessons to students in line with the National Curriculum of England.
  • Plan and prepare resources that support student learning and achievement.

  • Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and professional development activities.
  • Support students in developing critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a UK Department for Education teacher reference number or equivalent non-UK qualifications.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Relevant degree in Biology or a related science subject.
  • Experience in teaching at the secondary level.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.

Preferred

  • Experience with international students and multicultural environments.
