Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the IB and Swiss Baccalaureate frameworks.

- Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary and cross-cultural learning experiences.
- Support students in achieving academic success through personalized instruction and formative assessment.

- Participate in professional development and school-wide training programs.
- Stay current with educational research and best practices in international education.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant subject area.
- Valid teaching qualification and experience teaching at the secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of the IB and Swiss Baccalaureate curricula.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student wellbeing and holistic development.
Preferred
- Experience with bilingual or immersive language programs.
- Familiarity with STEAM education and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Experience working in an international school setting.
- Fluency in additional languages such as French or German.
- Leadership experience or involvement in extracurricular activities.
