Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the IB and Swiss Baccalaureate frameworks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant subject area.
  • Valid teaching qualification and experience teaching at the secondary level.
  • Strong knowledge of the IB and Swiss Baccalaureate curricula.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student wellbeing and holistic development.

Preferred

  • Experience with bilingual or immersive language programs.
  • Familiarity with STEAM education and innovative teaching methodologies.
  • Experience working in an international school setting.
  • Fluency in additional languages such as French or German.
  • Leadership experience or involvement in extracurricular activities.
