Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Maths lessons to students across KS3 to KS5
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student progress and attainment
- Collaborate with colleagues to support a broad and balanced curriculum
- Monitor and assess student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback
- Participate in the planning and delivery of cross-curricular and enrichment activities
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attainment
- Support the school’s mission of inclusivity and student wellbeing
- Contribute to the professional development of the teaching team
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A B.Ed. or degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent with exceptional subject knowledge
- At least 3 years of experience teaching the National Curriculum for England
- Experience teaching Maths from KS3 to KS5
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
Preferred
- Experience teaching additional subjects
- Familiarity with AI-based learning initiatives
- Experience with international education systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills
