Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging music lessons aligned with the IB curriculum.
- Support students in developing their musical skills, creativity, and performance abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.
- Manage and assess student progress using data-informed strategies.
- Participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities that promote student engagement and wellbeing.
- Contribute to the development of innovative and challenging music programs.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A relevant university degree and recognized teaching qualification.
- Extensive experience in teaching music, preferably within the IB program.
- Strong commitment to student development and academic excellence.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate students effectively.
- Proficient in using data to inform teaching and improve outcomes.
Preferred
- Experience with the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (IBDP).
- Background in music performance or composition.
- Familiarity with digital tools and technologies in music education.
- Experience in co-curricular or extracurricular music programs.
