Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Spanish lessons to students across key stages.
- Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with the National Curriculum for England.
- Support student progress through formative and summative assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Participate in professional development and staff meetings.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A B.Ed. or degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent with exceptional subject knowledge.
- At least 3 years of experience teaching the National Curriculum for England.
- Experience of teaching English from KS3 to KS5.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
Preferred
- Ability to teach another subject.
- Experience with AI or technology-enhanced learning.
- Familiarity with social robots or innovative teaching tools.
