Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in Maths, Science, and Computer Science, aligned with the National Curriculum of England.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student engagement and achievement.
  • Support the school’s pastoral programme and extracurricular activities to enhance student well-being and development.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with developments in subject areas and incorporate innovative teaching methods.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A recognised educational degree, such as a Bachelor's in Education or an equivalent qualification.
  • A certified teaching qualification such as a PGCE or QTS with an Early Career Teaching Certificate.
  • Exceptional subject knowledge in Maths, Science, and Computer Science.
  • Experience teaching the National Curriculum of England, including IGCSE and AS/A Level.
  • A proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
  • Commitment to contributing to the wider school community through extracurricular activities.

Preferred

  • Experience with evidence-based teaching methods.
  • Experience in an international school setting.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with technology in the classroom.
