A school is seeking a Secondary Teacher to join its team from January 2027. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality instruction across a range of subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, and Technology.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A relevant teaching qualification and full registration as a teacher.
  • Proven experience in teaching at the secondary level.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to student welfare and academic excellence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching in a range of subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, and Technology.
  • Experience with beginning teachers or those new to the New Zealand education system.
  • Familiarity with the New Zealand curriculum and teaching standards.
  • Experience in co-curricular or extracurricular programs.
