The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion inclusive learning for young children with additional needs.
  • Identify and support individual learning styles through tailored intervention plans.
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers, parents, and specialists to unlock each child’s potential.
  • Create a nurturing, engaging, and purposeful learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development of whole-school SEN provision and best practice.
  • Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly to inform teaching strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and report on student development to parents and colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education with relevant SEN qualifications.
  • At least three years of teaching experience in a British or international school.
  • A genuine passion for Early Years and Key Stage 1 teaching.
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A reflective, flexible educator committed to inclusion and continuous improvement.

Preferred

  • British-trained teachers or those with experience in the National Curriculum of England.
  • Experience in developing and implementing SEN strategies.
  • Familiarity with assistive technologies and inclusive teaching practices.
