Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a tailored curriculum that meets the individual needs of each student.

- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure success.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
- Experience or a strong interest in working with children with ASC and SEMH needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Preferred
- Experience in special education settings.
- Familiarity with SEND frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with curriculum development for students with complex needs.
- Flexibility and creativity in teaching approaches.
