Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to the needs of students.
Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that support the curriculum and promote student progress.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing detailed feedback to parents and carers.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and interventions.
Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

A relevant bachelor’s degree.
PGCE or PGDE and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
Experience working with students with special educational needs.

Preferred

Certificate in Special Needs.
Experience with the English National Curriculum.
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with strong potential and a commitment to professional growth.
