Key Responsibilities:

Support children during learning activities, playtime, and mealtimes
Help create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for all children
Encourage positive behaviour, sharing, and good manners
Assist with setting up and tidying away resources both indoors and outdoors
Work closely with staff to meet the needs of each child
Communicate effectively with both children and adults
Provide individualized support to children with special educational needs
Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom culture

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

A Level 2 qualification as a Teaching Assistant
A warm, caring nature and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children
Strong communication skills with both children and adults
Patience, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team

Preferred

Experience working with children with special educational needs
Experience in early years education
Previous experience in a school or early learning setting
Knowledge of child development and inclusive teaching practices
