Seeking a SEND Administrator to support the Specialised Learning Centre at a school.

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a dedicated SEND Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Specialised Learning Centre. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and strategic planning within the school’s SEND provision, making a real difference in students’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Specialised Learning Centre.
- Provide confidential administrative support to the centre’s management.
- Manage and input data accurately using Microsoft Office packages.
- Coordinate communication with staff, students, and parents.
- Assist with the planning and organisation of strategic initiatives.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with school policies.
- Support the implementation of SEND strategies and procedures.
- Liaise with external agencies and professionals as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience working in the education sector.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work to deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a SEND or special needs environment.
- Experience with data management systems.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Experience with administrative support for strategic planning.
