Key Responsibilities:

• Create a diverse range of high-quality content, including blog articles, email campaigns, and social media posts.
• Develop and repurpose content for different formats and platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop key campaigns, straplines, and promotional materials.
• Capture the excitement of major events such as results day and graduation.
• Produce short-form video content and photography for use in marketing materials.
• Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with the school’s brand and messaging.
• Maintain a consistent tone and style across all platforms and formats.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure content reflects the school’s values and objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Degree level or above in a relevant subject such as Journalism, English, or Marketing.
• Significant experience in producing written marketing content.
• Experience working effectively within a marketing team.
• Strong understanding of content creation and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with content management systems and SEO best practices.
• Experience with video production and photography.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
• Experience in education or Further Education sector.
