- Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- Ensure the school maintains its strong reputation for academic achievement and co-curricular engagement.
- Work closely with the Shrewsbury Family of Schools to advance shared goals and initiatives.
- Promote the school’s values and ethos across all levels of the institution.
- Support the development of staff, students, and the wider school community.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in a senior educational role.
- Strong track record in academic and pastoral management.
- Deep understanding of the UK education system and school operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the school’s values and ethos.

- Experience in a co-educational or boarding school environment.
