Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across both campuses.
  • Ensure consistency and continuous improvement in educational standards, policies, and practices.
  • Foster a unique campus identity while maintaining alignment with the school’s vision and values.
  • Support the professional development of teaching and support staff.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive innovation and quality in early years education.
  • Oversee the implementation of the school’s holistic curriculum, including creative, academic, and outdoor learning.
  • Promote a secure, innovative, and supportive learning environment for children.
  • Ensure smooth transition of students into primary education.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Native English speaker with fluent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership experience in an educational setting, preferably in early years.
  • Strong strategic and operational management skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple campuses or sites.
  • Commitment to early years education and child development.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

Preferred

  • Experience in international education or bilingual settings.
  • Familiarity with play-based learning and early childhood curricula.
  • Background in leadership development or staff training.
  • Experience with educational innovation and curriculum design.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
