Key Responsibilities:
- Support the social, emotional, and academic well-being of students through effective pastoral care.
- Act as a Form Tutor, serving as the first point of contact for students and their families.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student motivation, engagement, and lifelong learning.
- Collaborate with teaching and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive school community.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- UK or UK-recognised teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in school psychology or pastoral care.
- Strong understanding of student well-being and learning development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and a good sense of humour.
- Commitment to the school’s mission, vision, and strategic pillars.
Preferred
- Experience working in an international or British curriculum school.
- Background in service learning or student leadership initiatives.
- Familiarity with the British National Curriculum and international education standards.
