The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the social, emotional, and academic well-being of students through effective pastoral care.
  • Act as a Form Tutor, serving as the first point of contact for students and their families.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student motivation, engagement, and lifelong learning.
  • Collaborate with teaching and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive school community.
  • Deliver high-quality psychology education and support services aligned with the school's strategic pillars.
  • Utilize assessment and feedback strategies to monitor and enhance student progress.
  • Contribute to the co-curricular program, including leadership, service learning, and community events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • UK or UK-recognised teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience in school psychology or pastoral care.
  • Strong understanding of student well-being and learning development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and a good sense of humour.
  • Commitment to the school’s mission, vision, and strategic pillars.

Preferred

  • Experience working in an international or British curriculum school.
  • Background in service learning or student leadership initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the British National Curriculum and international education standards.
  • Experience in co-curricular program delivery or community engagement.
