The Opportunity:

As a Senior Site Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of a school environment across multiple sites. This position offers the chance to lead a team, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and contribute to the smooth operation of a dynamic and prestigious institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and management of the main school site, four satellite sites, and all school grounds
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and best practice
  • Supervise security, custodial, and locking/unlocking duties across all sites
  • Support the planning and delivery of maintenance works and site improvements
  • Act as a keyholder and trusted point of contact for all site-related matters
  • Manage and lead the site team effectively
  • Drive the school minibus when required
  • Liaise with the Estates Lead for the CMAT on a regular basis

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Strong working knowledge of buildings and grounds maintenance
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety requirements
  • Ability to carry out security and custodial duties
  • Physically fit and able to undertake manual work, including outdoors in most weather conditions

Preferred

  • Experience in managing a team or leading site operations
  • Experience with school environments or educational institutions
  • Knowledge of CMAT or similar multi-academy trust structures
  • Experience in driving a school minibus
