Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of school buildings and grounds.

- Monitor and report on the condition of school property and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a senior site management or supervisory role within an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources for site operations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience working within a Multi-Academy Trust or similar educational organization.
- Familiarity with school infrastructure and building management systems.
- Knowledge of sustainable practices and environmental management.
- Experience in emergency planning and crisis management.
