Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with routine and reactive maintenance tasks across the school site
  • Support the site team in ensuring the buildings and grounds are kept in good condition
  • Carry out general cleaning and tidying tasks as required
  • Help with the safe and secure management of the school site
  • Assist with the maintenance and operation of school facilities and equipment
  • Respond to any site-related issues promptly and effectively
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the school during term time and school holidays
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in a similar role or willingness to learn on the job
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently
  • Commitment to health and safety standards
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and cleaning procedures

  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting
