Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of school premises
- Ensure all areas of the school are safe, clean, and in good condition
- Coordinate with staff and contractors to carry out repairs and improvements
- Monitor and maintain health and safety standards across the school
- Assist with the implementation of school policies and procedures
- Support events and activities by ensuring premises are prepared and ready
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and visitors
- Take on a variety of duties as required to support the school’s operations
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic maintenance and repair skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and maintaining a safe environment
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Preferred
- Experience in premises management or a similar role
