The Opportunity:

As a Site Superintendent, you will play a key role in managing the school site and facilities, supporting the Site and Operations Manager during a major building project. This is an exciting time to join a dynamic team focused on student success and school improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the school site and facilities.
  • Coordinate and oversee the development of key processes across the school.
  • Support the Site and Operations Manager during the construction and transition phases.
  • Act as a coach to a group of students, contributing to the Coaching Programme and House System.
  • Assist with break and invigilation duties, as well as flexible learning initiatives.
  • Ensure the school environment reflects the school's inclusive and restorative ethos.
  • Promote a safe, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere for all students and staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in premises management or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Commitment to the school's inclusive and restorative values.
  • Experience in working with students and supporting school initiatives.

Preferred

  • Experience in education or school operations.
  • Familiarity with construction and building projects.
  • Coaching or mentoring experience.
  • Knowledge of flexible learning and student engagement strategies.
