The Opportunity:
As a Site Superintendent, you will play a key role in managing the school site and facilities, supporting the Site and Operations Manager during a major building project. This is an exciting time to join a dynamic team focused on student success and school improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the school site and facilities.
- Coordinate and oversee the development of key processes across the school.
- Support the Site and Operations Manager during the construction and transition phases.
- Act as a coach to a group of students, contributing to the Coaching Programme and House System.
- Assist with break and invigilation duties, as well as flexible learning initiatives.
- Ensure the school environment reflects the school's inclusive and restorative ethos.
- Promote a safe, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere for all students and staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in premises management or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Commitment to the school's inclusive and restorative values.
- Experience in working with students and supporting school initiatives.
Preferred
- Experience in education or school operations.
- Familiarity with construction and building projects.
- Coaching or mentoring experience.
- Knowledge of flexible learning and student engagement strategies.
