Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept learning environment across multiple sites.
  • Carry out specialist building maintenance tasks within the capacity of a handyperson.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date work records for all maintenance and cleaning activities.
  • Identify and prioritise tasks effectively, ensuring all responsibilities are completed on time.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors.
  • Support the school’s commitment to safety and compliance by following all health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other support staff to ensure smooth operations across the school sites.
  • Undertake a range of caretaking and cleaning duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in carrying out specialist building maintenance work.
  • Ability to keep accurate work records.
  • Experience in performing caretaking and cleaning duties.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational setting.
