Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons in line with the Cambridge International Curriculum, ensuring student excellence.
  • Support and assess student progress using innovative teaching strategies and regular assessments.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
  • Experience in teaching KS3 to 5
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a UK or British-curriculum school
  • A record of student success in international education
  • Familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches and assessment strategies
  • Commitment to holistic education, fostering creativity, confidence, and responsibility

Preferred

  • Experience with inquiry-based, student-centred learning
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international school setting
  • Experience in curriculum development and professional growth initiatives
