Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver an engaging and innovative Spanish curriculum for students across key stages.
  • Collaborate with primary and secondary colleagues to ensure a seamless and enriched learning experience.

  • Participate in professional development and contribute to the wider Trust’s educational initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the local community.
  • Ensure high standards of teaching and learning, with a focus on academic excellence.
  • Contribute to the school’s ethos and culture, supporting the development of well-rounded, responsible citizens.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to implement school-wide strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in teaching Spanish.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality lessons and achieve outstanding student outcomes.
  • Commitment to a virtues-led, multi-faith educational approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in curriculum development and collaboration with colleagues.

Preferred

  • Experience in senior leadership or middle leadership roles within a school.
  • Experience with teaching in a multi-faith or virtues-led setting.
  • Knowledge of global educational initiatives and community engagement.
  • Familiarity with the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Experience with professional development and mentoring.
