Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality Spanish lessons that support student progress and exam success.
  • Set clear learning targets and provide regular, constructive feedback to students.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of schemes of work.
  • Maintain a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with parents and the wider school community to enhance student outcomes.
  • Take responsibility for professional development and actively participate in school duties.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a proven track record in delivering high-quality Spanish education.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Commitment to student progress and a passion for improving life chances through education.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive teaching team.

Preferred

  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) or similar programs.
  • Familiarity with inclusive education practices and supporting diverse learners.
  • Experience in a multi-academy trust environment.
  • Willingness to engage in professional development and school improvement initiatives.
