The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans in collaboration with teaching staff
- Manage a small caseload of pupils with speech and language needs
- Support staff through training, consultation, and reflective practice
- Work closely with the Clinical Lead and SENCo to ensure quality care
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance communication skills
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of students regularly
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student development
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student care
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Registered member of RCSLT and HCPC
- Hold a professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent
- Completed SALT NPQ Status
Preferred
- Experience working with students with ASC and SEMH needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a school or educational setting
- Commitment to continuous professional development
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate between £15.53–£18.62
- Term time only, part-time position (24 hours per week)
