The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely assessments and interventions to meet the individual needs of young people.
• Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions, ensuring alignment with each student's therapy plan.
• Manage and review an assigned caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Work closely with other professionals and therapists to support students' development.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance communication and independence skills.
• Maintain accurate records and report progress to the Therapy Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and professional standards.
• Support students in a variety of therapeutic settings, including group and one-to-one sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Experience working with young people with autism, preferably in an education setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred

• Experience in a special needs or educational environment.
• Knowledge of therapeutic interventions tailored for young people with autism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
