The Opportunity:
Join a dynamic team as a Sport Assistant (Boarding) to enhance the girls’ boarding experience through co-curricular activities, contributing to a vibrant and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in the sporting co-curricular and boarding life of the school
  • Enhance the girls’ boarding experience through a range of activities
  • Assist in organizing and managing sports events and evening activities
  • Promote a positive and inclusive environment for students
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure the smooth running of boarding life
  • Provide pastoral support and guidance to students during their time in the school
  • Contribute to the development of a well-rounded and engaging extracurricular program

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • School leaver or graduate with a passion for sports and youth development
  • Ability to work in a residential setting and support students in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school culture

Preferred

  • Experience working with boarding students
  • Knowledge of sports activities and event management
  • Experience in a similar role within a boarding school environment
