The Opportunity:
Join a dynamic team as a Sport Assistant (Boarding) to enhance the girls’ boarding experience through co-curricular activities, contributing to a vibrant and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in the sporting co-curricular and boarding life of the school
- Enhance the girls’ boarding experience through a range of activities
- Assist in organizing and managing sports events and evening activities
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment for students
- Collaborate with staff to ensure the smooth running of boarding life
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to students during their time in the school
- Contribute to the development of a well-rounded and engaging extracurricular program
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- School leaver or graduate with a passion for sports and youth development
- Ability to work in a residential setting and support students in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school culture
Preferred
- Experience working with boarding students
- Knowledge of sports activities and event management
- Experience in a similar role within a boarding school environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £17,380 (gross)
