Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality coaching sessions in Football, Hockey, and Netball to girls across all age groups.
- Develop individual and team skills through structured training and competitive fixtures.
- Promote a positive and inclusive sporting environment that encourages participation and achievement.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to support the school's sporting and academic goals.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Organize and manage fixtures, tournaments, and training schedules.
- Ensure the safe and effective use of sports facilities and equipment.
- Encourage student leadership and involvement in school sports events and competitions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Relevant coaching qualification or experience in Girls' Football, Hockey, and Netball.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with young people in a school setting.
- Ability to plan and deliver structured coaching sessions.
- Commitment to promoting sports and physical education.
Preferred
- Experience in developing talent and nurturing student athletes.
- Knowledge of sports injury prevention and first aid.
- Experience with elite sports programs or national competitions.
- Familiarity with school sports policies and procedures.
