The Opportunity:

As a Sports Facilitator and Minibus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from sports fixtures and competitions across the UK. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting young athletes and enjoys being on the road.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport students to and from sports fixtures and competitions across the UK.
Ensure the timely and safe arrival and departure of students at all locations.
Provide a supportive and encouraging environment for students during travel.
Maintain a clean, well-presented minibus at all times.
Communicate effectively with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
Adhere to all school policies and procedures related to transport and safety.
Assist in the smooth operation of the school’s sports programme.
Report any issues or concerns promptly to the relevant team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Full, clean UK driving licence with current D1 entitlement.
Minimum 2 years’ driving experience.
Ability to work with young people and colleagues in a professional manner.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Commitment to safety and punctuality.

Preferred

Keen interest in sports and physical activity.
Experience in a similar role within an educational or youth-focused setting.
Flexibility and willingness to work varied hours and travel across the UK.
Experience with transport or logistics in an educational environment.
