The Opportunity:
As a Sports Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining the school's swimming pools and sports facilities. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality swimming and sports programmes for students and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key holder for swimming pool and sports facilities
- Lead, supervise and support a team of lifeguards and swim teachers
- Carry out lifeguard duties at multiple pools
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation
- Set up and dismantle equipment as required
- Supervise the Cricket Centre and Golf Centre when required
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Current NPLQ qualification
- Experience in lifeguarding and leadership
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a busy aquatic environment
Preferred
- Previous experience in the leisure industry or customer service
- Experience with team leadership and management
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary of £10,990.72
