Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and delivery of sports lessons and activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of sports programs for students of all ages.
Promote a positive and inclusive sporting culture within the school.
Work closely with teaching staff to ensure the needs of students are met.
Help organize and manage sports events and competitions.
Provide guidance and support to students both in and out of the classroom.
Contribute to the overall sporting and extracurricular life of the school.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to student progress and participation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

A relevant degree or currently studying for a degree in sports, physical education, or a related field.
Enthusiasm for working with young people and a commitment to promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and willingness to take on a range of responsibilities.

Preferred

Previous experience in a teaching or sports-related role.
Experience with coaching or leading sports activities.
Knowledge of sports curriculum and assessment methods.
Familiarity with school environments and student development.

Compensation & Benefits:

£19,000 annual salary.
