Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review GCSE/A Level Statistics content to ensure alignment with current industry standards.
  • Collaborate with qualification development teams to provide expert feedback on curriculum and assessment materials.
  • Contribute to the scoping and design of qualifications by sharing sector-specific insights and expertise.
  • Evaluate sample assessments and learning materials to ensure they meet the needs of learners and educators.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the accuracy and relevance of educational content.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes to maintain the currency of qualifications.
  • Participate in training and professional development sessions as required.
  • Support the continuous improvement of educational outcomes through active engagement with the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Current sector experience or applied subject knowledge with at least two years of experience.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback clearly and concisely.
  • Good standard of written English and strong communication skills.
  • Confident use of IT and word processing tools.
  • Ability to follow a brief and meet deadlines.

Preferred

  • Recent industry experience (within the last two years).
  • Experience in conducting or writing assessments within the subject area.
  • Knowledge of the educational context through teaching, training, or awarding organisation experience.
