As a Student Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting student learning and development across the school. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise student behavior across all educational stages
- Support and assist students in their academic and personal development
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior
- Organize and oversee student activities and events
- Monitor and report on student attendance and punctuality
- Provide guidance and support to students in a respectful and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of student behavior and development
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience in student supervision or pastoral care
- Familiarity with British curriculum standards
- Experience working in an international school setting
- Knowledge of child development and learning theories
