The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support the integration and expansion of iTrent, ensuring the smooth operation of HR and Payroll services. This role is ideal for someone looking to influence and improve systems that support a large and evolving institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running and ongoing development of iTrent, including Employee Self-Service and People Manager functions.
  • Ensure HR and Payroll processes operate smoothly and effectively with reliable and accurate data.
  • Resolve day-to-day system issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain system functions to support the needs of the institution.
  • Extract and report data as required for HR and Payroll operations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to identify and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure systems are aligned with the strategic goals of the institution.
  • Provide training and support to users of the iTrent platform.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of iTrent, either as a Systems Administrator or working closely with HR and Payroll functions.
  • Proven experience in HR and Payroll system administration, data extraction, and reporting.
  • Excellent IT and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the demands and challenges faced by HR and Payroll teams, particularly within a school setting.

Preferred

  • Experience with designing and implementing system improvements.
  • Knowledge of other HR and Payroll systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, evolving educational environment.
