The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated T Level and Early Years Teacher to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching in Education and Early Years, as well as Health and Social Care courses. The ideal candidate will be a team player and committed to providing an engaging and supportive learning experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in T Level Education, Early Years, and Health and Social Care courses.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans and teaching strategies.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly.
- Support students in achieving their academic and personal goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A teaching qualification with expertise in Education and Early Years or a health background.
- Experience in delivering T Level Education, Early Years, and Health and Social Care courses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to student welfare and academic success.
Preferred
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.
- Experience in a Sixth Form College or similar educational setting.
