Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in teaching or working within the catering industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering vocational or practical based learning.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Experience with curriculum innovation and personalized learning approaches.
- Previous experience working in an alternative provision setting.
