The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher of Computing and Maths to join our Secondary School team, starting in August 2026. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' academic and personal growth while contributing to a dynamic, international learning community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and committed to supporting students both in and out of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in Maths and Computing using the English National Curriculum and Cambridge IGCSE.
- Foster a supportive and enriched classroom environment that promotes personal development and academic achievement.
- Act as a pastoral tutor, providing guidance and support to students.
- Contribute to the Extracurricular programme by leading or participating in activities.
- Support the House system by engaging in competitions and events.
- Provide constructive feedback and assessment to students in line with best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative and engaging teaching strategies.
- Participate in the Continuing Professional Development Programme to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Recognised teaching qualifications.
- Experience using the English National Curriculum in Maths and Computing.
- Knowledge of teaching Cambridge IGCSE Maths or Computer Science.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
- Passionate, caring, and team-focused attitude.
Preferred
- Experience in personalised learning and assessment.
