The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated Teacher of Computing and Maths to join our Secondary School team, starting in August 2026. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' academic and personal growth while contributing to a dynamic, international learning community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and committed to supporting students both in and out of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality instruction in Maths and Computing using the English National Curriculum and Cambridge IGCSE.
  • Foster a supportive and enriched classroom environment that promotes personal development and academic achievement.
  • Act as a pastoral tutor, providing guidance and support to students.
  • Contribute to the Extracurricular programme by leading or participating in activities.
  • Support the House system by engaging in competitions and events.
  • Provide constructive feedback and assessment to students in line with best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative and engaging teaching strategies.
  • Participate in the Continuing Professional Development Programme to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Recognised teaching qualifications.
  • Experience using the English National Curriculum in Maths and Computing.
  • Knowledge of teaching Cambridge IGCSE Maths or Computer Science.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
  • Passionate, caring, and team-focused attitude.

Preferred

  • Experience in personalised learning and assessment.
  • Involvement in extracurricular and pastoral activities.
  • Familiarity with the House system and community engagement.
