Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in English
  • Experience in teaching at a secondary level
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
  • Commitment to student achievement and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Experience in leading or contributing to curriculum development
  • Familiarity with assessment and data analysis tools
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
  • Involvement in extracurricular activities or student leadership programs
  • Previous experience in a school undergoing transformation or improvement
