Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in English
- Experience in teaching at a secondary level
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
- Commitment to student achievement and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Experience in leading or contributing to curriculum development
- Familiarity with assessment and data analysis tools
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
- Involvement in extracurricular activities or student leadership programs
- Previous experience in a school undergoing transformation or improvement
