Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education
Strong classroom management and teaching skills
Commitment to a knowledge-rich, curriculum-based approach to teaching
Ability to deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students

Preferred

Experience with teaching in a mixed-gender setting
Familiarity with the principles of 'Teach Like A Champion' and Rosenshine’s teaching methods
Experience with collaborative planning and shared resources
Early careers teacher with a strong academic background
