Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Graphics at Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students.

- Support student progress through effective assessment, feedback, and personalized learning strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance departmental practices and share best teaching approaches.
- Engage in professional development to maintain and improve teaching standards.

- Maintain accurate records and report student progress to parents and colleagues.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Graphics.
- Experience teaching at Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Strong classroom management and delivery skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
Preferred
- Experience in curriculum development or leadership within a department.
- Familiarity with digital design tools and software.
- Experience working in a school with a strong academic reputation.
- Ability to contribute to extra-curricular activities related to Graphics.
