Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience in mathematics education.
- Commitment to delivering imaginative and challenging courses to students of all abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take on additional responsibilities.
- Experience in a school setting, or willingness to undergo training through ISTIP.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Experience with A Level mathematics or related subjects.
- Demonstrable success in raising student achievement and engagement.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and technology in education.
- Experience in co-curricular or pastoral roles within a school.
