- Provide individualised support and guidance to students to help them reach their academic goals.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality Mathematics instruction.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and academic success.
- Experience working in a school setting, preferably within a similar educational environment.
Preferred
- Experience with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
- Background in continuous professional development (CPD).
- Experience in leading or supporting student leadership initiatives.
- Familiarity with the Thames Learning Trust or similar educational organisations.
