  • Engage with parents and the wider community to promote the value of science education.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the school’s administrative and reporting processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in science education.
  • Strong subject knowledge in science, with the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
  • Experience of teaching at secondary level, ideally within a mixed ability setting.
  • Commitment to student welfare and the promotion of a positive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with digital learning tools and innovative teaching methods.
  • Experience of working within a school with a strong focus on professional development and collaboration.
  • Experience of teaching in a culturally diverse setting.
  • Experience of leading or contributing to curriculum development.
