The Opportunity:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant Science specialism (Chemistry or Physics preferred).
- Experience in teaching Science at secondary level.
- Commitment to high standards of teaching and student achievement.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take ownership of student progress.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Rosenshine’s Principles of Instruction.
- Experience mentoring or supporting early career teachers.
- Familiarity with inclusive teaching practices and supporting students with special educational needs.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range from M1 - UPS3, £32,916 - £51,048.
