Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant Science specialism (Chemistry or Physics preferred).
  • Experience in teaching Science at secondary level.
  • Commitment to high standards of teaching and student achievement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take ownership of student progress.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with Rosenshine’s Principles of Instruction.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting early career teachers.
  • Familiarity with inclusive teaching practices and supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range from M1 - UPS3, £32,916 - £51,048.
