Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant Science degree and a valid teaching qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in teaching Science at secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to student welfare and personal development.

Preferred

  • Experience of working within a multi-academy trust or similar collaborative environment.
  • Experience of teaching across the 11–16 age range.
  • Familiarity with inclusive education and supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Experience in leading or contributing to curriculum development.
  • Strong track record in student achievement and attainment.
